Before Stage 4
TFA must publish a review policy naming the reviewer, acknowledgment and decision deadlines, evidence handling, reasons for outcomes and an appeal route. It must be possible to dispute a report for free without holding any coin.
What a future submission should include
- The report identifier and version.
- The specific claim or evidence you believe is wrong.
- Relevant source records and an explanation.
- A reply method, with only the personal information needed for follow-up.
No upload or submission form is active now. Do not send credentials, secret keys or private identifying documents to the demo.
Corrections leave a record
A correction or withdrawal must link to the original and update dependent findings. A valid finding’s removal must never be for sale. Suspicious activity is not a determination of wrongdoing.
